Raport Rynku Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Raport Rynku handles information on the website and when an authorized user connects the Raport Rynku app to TikTok for content posting.

1. Who operates Raport Rynku
Raport Rynku is an independent educational market-information service. Questions about privacy, access, correction or deletion can be sent to kontakt@raportrynku.pl.
2. Information we process
We may process information that you submit through contact, newsletter or feedback forms; basic technical and usage data needed to operate and secure the website; and, after TikTok authorization, the basic TikTok account information permitted by the granted scope, authorization credentials kept outside the public website, and identifiers and statuses related to uploaded videos.
3. Why we process information
We use information to provide requested website features, respond to messages, maintain security, measure basic site performance and, only after authorization, prepare or upload Raport Rynku video content to the connected TikTok account. We do not sell personal information or use TikTok data for advertising profiling.
4. TikTok authorization and content posting
TikTok access is used only for the features approved by the user and the scopes displayed during authorization. Raport Rynku does not publish to a TikTok account without authorization. A user may revoke access in TikTok settings; after revocation, the integration can no longer perform authorized actions unless access is granted again.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, email and security providers only as needed to operate the service. TikTok receives content and related data when an authorized TikTok feature is used. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purpose described above, legal obligations, security or troubleshooting. Access credentials and private operational records are not published on the website and are protected with access controls appropriate to the service.
7. Your choices and deletion requests
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of information associated with you by writing to kontakt@raportrynku.pl. Please identify the service or connected account concerned. You can also disconnect Raport Rynku directly in your TikTok account settings.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, integration or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date are always published at this URL.
