Raport Rynku Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Raport Rynku website and the Raport Rynku integration used to prepare or upload educational market videos to an authorized TikTok account.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By using Raport Rynku or authorizing its TikTok integration, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service or connect a TikTok account.
2. The service
Raport Rynku provides educational market reports, related website features and tools that prepare or upload accompanying video content. Features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn when required for security, maintenance or compliance.
3. TikTok connection
TikTok features work only after the account holder grants the scopes shown during authorization. The account holder remains responsible for the connected TikTok account, the content submitted for publication and compliance with TikTok's terms, policies and community guidelines. Access may be revoked through TikTok settings at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person or use automation in a way that violates applicable law or a third-party platform's rules.
5. Content and intellectual property
Raport Rynku retains rights in its original website design, reports, branding and generated materials. You retain rights to content that you lawfully provide. By requesting a platform upload, you authorize the technical processing needed to prepare and transfer that content.
6. Educational information only
Raport Rynku content is educational and informational. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, an offer or a promise of performance. Financial decisions remain the user's responsibility.
7. Third-party services
TikTok and other linked services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Raport Rynku does not control their availability, review decisions or independent handling of information.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Raport Rynku is not liable for indirect losses, market losses, third-party platform outages or actions taken solely in reliance on educational content. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated to protect the service, comply with law or respond to a material breach of these terms. A user may stop using the service and revoke TikTok access at any time.
